Roland
Having enjoyed doing the monochrome Chubby Chimp painting I continued the theme using “Roland” a cuddly toy I bought my wife many years ago.
Not wanting to waste paint, I added some Primary Red to the Lake Blue I had left over from the previous painting. The resulting bluey purple was the base colour for the painting.
Pigment Lake Blue mixed with Daler Rowney Primary Red to produce the base colour plus Series 3 heavy bodied titanium white acrylic on Hobbycraft 250g mixed media paper.
