St Bees greets Royalty
An acrylic painting of the The Royal Scot at St Bees station. I came up with the idea for my friends annual art exhibition at his Railway Museum in St Bees.
Although the train has passed through St Bees station I didn’t have a photo of this so I just transposed an image of the train onto a back drop of the station.
I used a variety of “Script” acrylic paints, Hobbycraft acrylic paints and green Daler Rowney Graduate acrylic paint plus Series 3 heavy bodied titanium white acrylic on a Hobbycraft A2/380g stretched canvas.
